Job Position : Executive – Customer Support

Experience : 0 – 2

Job Location : Noida

Job Responsibilities :

  1. Identify unique openings through direct interaction & from various sources including competition sites, career sites, newspapers, expired jobs (in Naukri) for an assigned set of clients.
  2. Convince the client to approve posting all live requirements on Naukri. This is often followed by mail interactions with list of Jobs identified for client’s approval.
  3. Internal co-ordinations on job posting to ensure that the acquired jobs are posted properly & on time.
  4. Performance scores are assigned on the basis of quantity & quality of jobs acquired against set targets. Addition bonus points are assigned upon obtaining training requests & getting client issues resolved through respective departments in customer support.
  5. The performance scores & parameters may change depending upon business needs.

Required : .

  • Good convincing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills. (Oral – Mandatory, Written is Desirable not mandatory as this can be standardized)
  • Phone etiquettes.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and internet. (Basic knowledge is mandatory)
