- Outbound B2B Customer Interaction The CIE is required to contact business enterprises across the globe and validate key business information over the telephone.
- The CIE may be required to use a script / questionnaire.
- Data acquired / validated is to be input in the software.
- The CIE may be required to do small amount of internet searches to acquire alternate telephone numbers and company sites.
- Accurate Data Input – Error free Call disposition.
- Efficiency Achievement of set targets in terms of no. of completed calls.
- Candidate should be an graduate, however ungraduates are also preferred.
- Well acquainted with MSoffice skills and with 20-30 wpm as keyboard skills.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Should have the willingness to learn and work in shifts.
- Experience preferred from BPO sector.
