Job Duties :
- Building up a team of Advisors, through your personal contacts, database hunting, reference gathering & using ingenuity.
- Daily monitoring & following process for driving sales through your advisors.
- Daily reporting of Achievements.
- Doing Performance Review of your Advisors.
- Delivering consistent sales output utilizing your management & monitoring capabilities.
- Identify potential Financial Consultants.
- Recruitment of Financial Consultants
- Leading a highly energetic team of financial consultant to achieve sales targets
- Provide constantly Motivation to team to achieve sales target.
- To continuously review the performance of the Financial Consultants team and to improve their productivity on an on going basis
- Set sales targets for consultants, review & consistently raise them.
- To achieve targets of direct sales basis through the team of Financial Consultants.
- age 21-35
- Graduate with 1 yr of work experience
- Must be a local Resident for at least 2 to 3 years
- Two wheeler compulsory
