Job Description :

• Handling end- end recruitment.
• Resourcing, scheduling and conducting HR Interview of shortlist candidate.
• Shortlisting candidate and to co ordinate for further round.
• Issuing offer letters to selected candidate and appointment letters to candidates joined.
• Collecting all relevant documents from candidates at the time of joining.
• Conducting reference check and employment verification of new recruits.
• Headhunting and Generating prospective CVs through innovative measures.
• Evaluating competencies, Interview coordination & Negotiating Contracts

Desired :

• Minimum 2 – 4 years of experience into recruitment.
• Should be very passionate and aggressive.
• Should be willing to work stretch timings
