Job Description :

• As a Help Desk Specialist you will provide first line support (productivity tools, business applications and workstation environment) to the Helpdesk customers.
• The support will include problem identification, analysis, diagnosis and resolution.
• You are responsible for the escalation to other centres of expertise (e.g. on-site teams, development teams, etc).
• You can be assigned technical tasks regarding new services or customer
• You will provide input to the Knowledge Specialist as and when required. Capabilities:

Desired : 

• Minimum 1 year of relevant job experience in technical support.
• Thorough knowledge of Windows Operating system (Windows XP/2000)
• Knowledge of networking concepts, troubleshooting internet connectivity problems.
• Knowledge/experience of MS Office applications, mainly Outlook and Excel.
• Knowledge/experience of installing and repairing Operating System.
