Job Description :
The Global Consulting Methods, Tools (M&T) Design-Associate Analyst is responsible for ensuring delivery of quality communication deliverables which meet brand and legal compliance. Primary responsibilities include development of standard deliverables which adhere to approved design standards and guidelines, meet brand and legal compliance, and meet the client expectations.

Develop standard deliverables (for example html pages, presentations, brochures) and adhere to Deloitte Communications Design Standards and guidelines
Provide creative Input / Design Recommendations – project by project basis
Ensure brand and legal compliance
Ensure client specifications
Ensure process compliance
Interact with US counterpart (s) and solicit project related feedback.
Assure high quality work.
Finish assigned tasks within the timeframe and inform Team Manager (Lead) or Team Assistant Manager if there is any delay.
Ensure compliance with operational requirements
Spend 100% time developing deliverables with minimum supervision.
Ensure time against activity is tracked correctly using appropriate systems.
Understand and prioritize assigned work without any delay.
Notify Team Manager (Lead) or Assistant Manager if the assigned work has technical constraints/errors.
Solicit help from Team Manager (Lead) or Team Assistant Manager to understand work process.
Generate the billing sheet with complete information

Desired :
Bachelors of Fine arts with specialization in Applied arts or Any graduation with post graduation/diploma in multimedia
Minimum of 0-1 years of working experience in graphic designing/web designing.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to think creatively and conceptually.
Requires minimal supervision, strong independent thinker and worker.
Works well under pressure and can effectively and professionally handle tough issues.
Works well in team environments and has the ability to work in a culturally diverse environment.
Ability to think creatively and conceptually.
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at various stages of the project lifecycle.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio) required.
Proficiency in graphics software programs (adobe suite – Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, InDesign, flash) required.
Experience in video/audio editing is a plus
