Job Description :

1. Allocation of roles & circles to the team members
2. Coordination with Client (Vodafone)
3. Coordination with Vendor (ex. ATOS)
4. Providing SLA reports.
5. Raising CR / ISR to vendor.
6. Providing RCAs

Desired :

1. 0-2 years with two years as team member
2. Minimum 16 years of education required

Skills :

1. SQL/PLSQL
2. UNIX
3. BSCS
4. Java skills
5. Oracle 8i, 10g
