Designation : Customer Care Executives indiavarta.com 

Experience : 0 – 1 Years 

Desired :  HSC / Graduate with one-year or less experience in similar function Only with Good communication skill (English). 
Exposure to computer operating systems. (Fresher are also welcome).

Job Description : 1. Managing customer (in-bond and out-bond) calls and tracking of customer feedbacks, complaints and provide MIS Reports.
2. Resolving Customer query of daily transactions.
3. Explain the details asked by the customer related to the transactions / products displayed.
4. Should be able to handle irate customers in efficient manner.
5. Process Online and Offline Orders. Shifts:- Only Day Shifts.
