Job Description :

• Handle all IT requirements
• Recruitment and selection of candidates. The focus being on understanding the Company’s requirements, culture, strengths and providing right fit candidates within deadlines.
• Sourcing the accurate profiles through portals, headhunting, mapping, and referencing etc. Providing the right kind of people who can add SDG to an organizations growth plan.

Desired :

• Excellent recruitment and management skills for recruiting all level positions.
• Excellent behavioral and analytical skills for recruiting.
• Convincing the candidate to appear for an interview.
• Experience in IT Recruitment will be additional advantage.
