Job Location : Noida

Job Description :

• Making outbound sales call for insurance process
• Day Shifts
• Document the calls to ensure all information is captured
• Ensure one time call resolution
• Maintain accuracy of information given and documented
• Adhere to standard operating procedures required by the process
• Attend briefings, trainings/refresher sessions and meetings as required

Desired :

• Should have decent communication skills, primarily English and Hindi
• Excellent Communication skills
• Logical reasoning and analytical skills
• Ability to work with speed and accuracy
• Prioritizing and organizing skills

Walkin Date : Aug 10th to Aug 12th

Walkin Time : 11:00AM to 3:00PM
