Job Location : Noida

Job Description :

• Alarm Monitoring, Fault Localization / Correction / Verification.
• Corrective Maintenance (centralized routines).
• Liaises with Customer Care organizations regarding Network outages.
• Liaises with subcontractors and 3rd parties to resolve faults.
• Liaises with other service providers regarding network outages.
• Supports end-end support, coordination and control of assigned Trouble Tickets.
• Supports Major Service outage investigations and follow up.
• Ensures planned outages are carried out/rolled back in maintenance window.
• Ensures Operator Customer Care is fully updated for service affecting outages.
• Work Order Control (possible execution too) outside normal working hours.

Desired :

• Its a rotational shift job (everyone has to go through night shifts). As GNOC is 24*7 function.
• Employees will be off-rolls, they would be on pay rolls of any of the vendors, but working with NSN (GNOC – Global Network Operations Center), Noida only.
• Only freshers with Diploma in E&C / Electronics with any combination branches candidates with good academic background and good communications.
• The candidates should have passed out in 2008 batch or passing out in May/June 2009.We do not require experience candidates.
• Should be open to work in night shifts. At the time of technical/HR discussion, the candidate should not be surprised to know that this job involves night shifts as well.

Process of Interview:

1st round - Aptitude test (1 hours)

2nd round - Group Discussion ( 15 min)

Technical F2F interview + HR interview.
