Education: B.Sc – Nursing

Job Description :

• Patient recruitment & Site staff (Doctor) training.
• Organise & assist Site (Hospital) feasibility, Site selection, Site initiation, Site close out for smoother conduct of Clinical Trials.
• Site (Hospital) set-up in accordance with Research Protocol.
• Ethics committee submission, query resolution and communication.
• Pre-screening of research patient & assistance in Consenting for trials.
• Co ordination of research subject follow-up visits & Management of Clinical trial materials (Including Drug, Documents, etc.)in particular hospitals.
• Identification of any possible Adverse events (AE) / Serious adverse events (SAE).
• Documenting & Reporting SAE’s to Sponsors (Pharma Company / CRO), Ethics Committee in specified timelines.
• Ensure Documentation of all research related data in Source documents; Maintenance & Updation of all Research study documents (CRF, ICF, TMF) in stipulated timelines.
• Coordination of monitoring & Audit Visits from Sponsors (Pharma company / CRO).
• Resolution of data queries from Sponsor.
• Coordination of site close out & Storage of Trial documents as per requirements.

Note :

• There will a probation period & during the same the selected Candidates will have to undergo 4-6 month In-house Training.
• No shifts, No Night duties , 8 hours research work per day.
