Job Description :
Total care of the allotted patients
Compliance to of nursing manuals/protocols at all
circumstances while on duty
Following medical prescriptions/orders and taking care of
patient’s need
Taking care of minimum house keeping standards
including related departmental interface.
Complete hand over/take over of her assigned patients
including physically checking patients and their units.
Checks her special assignments like checking of crash
cart, checking inventory, or any other assignment given
by in-charge
Plans, organizes, and delivers nursing care in a manner
that upholds organizational values, healing, promotion of
health and prevention of complications
Maintenance of nursing records including nurses notes,
charts, consents, and initial assessment data for all
assigned patients as per protocols.
Maintains continuity of care through clear and concise
verbal and written communication with all departments,
internal and external customers

i had completed B.Sc. Nursing and 1 1/2 year experience in neuro I C U and ward in kerala

respected mam, i hav done the job as a senior dailysis staff nurse from 1st nov.2008 to dec.2008.and after that you terminated me becouse of i was absent for one week due to some illness and i had informed u also.i have total seven years experience in dialysis unit.and now i have comleted my B.Sc.nsg.also and presently working as nursing tutor in the college.if u give me a one more chance i would like to join again your institution.
