Job Description : To provide highest quality of service in the spa ensuring safe and hazard free areas in order to achieve highest level of guest satisfaction and organizational profitability in an atmosphere of high individual morale.
Take complete responsibility for hygiene & cleanliness and safety in the area and equipment of operation to meet hotel standards.
To greet and welcome all the guest entering the spa and describe spa & facial treatments knowledgeably and enthusiastically and ask guests pertinent questions, to determine their needs and preferences.
Provides helpful, friendly, prompt personalized service to guests.
Ensures effective utilization of resources under his / her control.
Provides prompt and courteous service to all guests.
Desired : Age-below 25yrs.
Exp-0-2 yrs.
Graduation âAny field
Willing to work in shifts
Positive attitude
Basic knowledge of physical fitness
