Job Responsibilities :
- Receive the calls from SAP end users
- Log the calls, assign the ticket No.
- Initial call analysis / diagnosis
- Forward the Security issues (Password Reset) to BASIS Support team and track till resolution
- Acknowledge the SAP module/transaction-level authorization requests (User Id / Role Creation, Role Assignment to User) from the end-users, verify the request (If the role exist or not), fill the template for the authorization and send the request to the BASIS team for completing the request. Track the resolution as per the service levels
- Master Data Creation / Updation
- Provide basic usage advice on SAP screens and navigation
- Forward unresolved Level 2 / Level 3 tickets to evel 2 / Level 3 support team
- Track and update the problem status until resolution
- SAP basic Application Knowledge
- SLA tracking and Status reporting
- SAP knowledge is must.
- Good communication skills.
