1. Atleast 1 year of total experience in PL/SQL and Oracle Apps
2. Good domain knowledge in HRMS
3. Excellent analyzing capabilities
4. Decent communication skills
5. Should have good experience in Oracle Apps Technical
6. Should be an expert in PL/SQL
7. Should be conversant with HRMS
