Job Description :

1. Typing, filing, verifying records, generation invoices and purchase orders, opening mail, simple data entry, process expense reports and other administrative tasks.
2. Researches and respond to internal or external inquiries; working closely with local subsidiaries finance staff.
3. May audit expenses and payment requests against corporate policies.

Desired :

1. Good English communication skills, both oral and written.
2. Should be comfortable with MS-Office and have good typing skills
3. Excellent co-ordination and team skills AND open to working in shifts
4. Should be open to learning, flexible and adaptable to working in shifts.
5. Good in Reading, writing and Speaking of English Language.
6. Flexible to work in shifts..
7. Need to sign a service agreement with Oracle for a period of 18 months.
