Job Title : Customer Support Analysts

Experience : 1 – 5 Years

Job Location : Bengaluru/Bangalore

Job Description :

• Transaction Processing
• Conducts research on past customer data, using information already present in the system or by contacting internal & external stakeholders.
• collects information on invoice details for the allocated customer(s)
• Take action to resolve issues resulting from errors caused internally or due to customer dissatisfaction, which affect payment.
• Take necessary action in cases of payment failure beyond stipulated time period.
• Exception Handling
• Handling exceptions relating to process within one’s scope
• Escalate to Senior Analyst / Team Lead as required if necessary
• Contribution to projects: Participates in projects including quality projects, data migration projects on account of acquisitions and organisational initiatives as required

Desired :

• 1 to 5 yrs experience in a voice process from international call centres
• Any Full Time Bachelors Degree is a MUST
• Basic Knowledge on using Computer, MS EXCEL & MS Word
• Excellent English Communication skills – both Oral & Written
