Job Designation: Call Center Executives(CSR)
The Global Financial Information Center, Oracle India Private Limited captive BPO based in Bangalore. GFIC provides financial services to Oracle subsidiaries in different countries and to Oracle’s suppliers and customers from Bangalore, India.
Experience: 0 – 4 years
Education: Any graduate
• Technical Support Executive ( voice)
• Customer Service Executive (Voice)
We are looking for Call Center Executives who give service support to our US partners. Please find below are the detailed job roles and responsibilities.
· Answer phones and respond to Oracle Customer and partners related to collection requests.
· Provide the Oracle Partners with product and service information.
· Identify, research, and resolve Partner issues using the available information in the system, and resources.
· Follow-up on Partner inquires which are not immediately resolved.
· Complete call logs and reports.
· Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
· Recommend process improvements.
· Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff, as and when required.
· Outbound Calls to the Partners to find out the satisfaction level on the service provided by Oracle.
· Validating the Partner records for upgradation and renewal of the membership with Oracle.
· Carry out back-end activity to process the orders for joining and renewals of Oracle memberships.
