Job Description:

1. Screening the resumes from job portals & dealing with the consultants.
2. Taking Interviews of the candidates.
3. Appointment formalities. Issuing of Appointment letters, confirmation letters.
4. Systematically handling the joining formalities & Induction of the new joiners.
5. Performance Management.

Desired :

• MIS
• Good IT skills ( Excellent command in Excel & Power Point)
• Excellent communication is must.
