Job Title : Clinic Executive/PROJECT EXECUTIVE – Female only 

Experience : 1 – 5 Years 

Education : MBA/PGDM – HR/Industrial Relations, Marketing 

Location : Bhilwara 

Job Description :
Achievement of predetermine targets as per predetermine budget
Adhering to and ensuring adhere to the systems processors rules regulation
Maintenance or records & files as per statutory requirement internal protocols & manuals.

Administration:
Responsible for smooth functioning of the unit as a self sustaining unit
Handling of day to day administration such as upkeep of clinic maintenance etc.
Coordination & correspondence with Support Office

Marketing:
Effective marketing & promotion of clinics services
Extension of referral network
Client care handing & client satisfactionRecommendations on marketing friends, competitors activities etc.

Finance & Accounts:
Preparation of budgets estimates for the services
Proper Accounting of daily income & expenses
Excising budgetary controls

HR:
Staff Matter such as attendance leave, discipline etc.
Team work
Motivation & maintenance of employees productivity & quality of work
Assessment & recommendations on training needs & skill development of the team members 

Desired :
Graduate/ Post graduate in social science/ MBA/PGDBM preferably with specialization in marketing, experience in supervisor / managerial position as unit head.Freshers may also apply.
