Job Position : Customer Care Executive – Blended Process

Experience : 1 – 2 Years

Work Place : Delhi/NCR

Job Responsibilities :

1. Handling Trouble Tickets in the form of Calls/Online Requisitions/ Emails / Voice Mails.
2. To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.
3. To take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues.
4. To log all calls on the call logging system.

Required :

1. To be Open to work in 24X7 Environment.
2. Excellent Communication Skills, Blended process only 20% calling

Walkin date : 15th, 16th & 17th

Walkin Time : 11 AM till 3 PM
