Job Description :
It’s a Technical Support Process for a US Client where in you would be required to  troubleshoot  hardware, network, and applications related issues over the phone and remotely.
Its not like a typical BPO/KPO where you will get lot of calls, its a High End Support with Major focus on customer experience and resolution. On an average you would recieve about 4-5 calls a day. There is lot to learn in terms of technicalities.

Location:  Pune  

Skills:  Good Communication Skills,Basic Computer Networking Knowledge is must
