Job Responsibilities :

The role would be primarily involved in the following activities:

  1. Provide support for timely execution Planning and Forecasting processes by contributing to SBP, AOP, Quarterly and Monthly Forecast preparation
  2. Assist the Manager and Senior Manager in driving culture of GCS across commercials team through specific interventions
  3. Support Business performance monitoring for all Beverages COBO units
  4. Provide assistance for Region Planning and Control Submissions and query
  5. Planning and Forecasting – AOP/SBP
  6. Assist in development of SBP and AOP plan for COBO Sales and CDM
  7. Planning and Forecasting – Quarterly/Monthly
  8. Support effective forecast/outlook for Quarterly forecasts
  9. Support effective forecast/outlook for Mid month volumes
  10. Financial Reporting – Working capital
  11. Assist in Baseline recommendation and Interim Credit to distributors
  12. Support in maintaining and reviewing DSO
  13. Management Reporting – Monthly Financial Reviews
  14. Provide support for Reporting Month End Results – 1. Management Results 2. Region Reporting Submission
  15. Ensure harmonization across line items in Unit Finance results
  16. Support for Category P&L preparation
  17. Prepare Volume Flash and detailed deck 1. COBO Review 2. Region Planning Submission)
  18. Management Reporting – Operating Reviews
  19. Assist in the development of Pre close deck
  20. Audit and Compliance – GCS
  21. Conduct review and monitoring of GCS test scores
  22. Audit and Compliance – Audits
  23. Perform review of Inventory Audits and Market audits
  24. People Results Accountabilities
  25. Driving Culture Build an engaged community of units and BU commercial teams through network interactions and best practice sharing
  26. Engagement with Unit Managers, COBO Sales and CDM team to drive business and functional priorities
    Develop Others
  27. Facilitate and lead Unit finance and SSC capability build to implement new /standard processes
  28. Learning and executing couple of identified tasks, outside of own sphere of operations
  29. Develop Self Participate in trainings for identified developmental need
  30. Ensure development on the basis of CDAP plan and focal point discussion
