Job Description :
- Dictation in Shorthand & Typing a. Taking dictation of various documents like letter,e-mails,faxes, notes & some project related documents etc.
- Record Management a. Filling of records systematically b. Docketing of files and other records, papers for maintaining confidentiality.
- Management of Database a. Maintaining database in computer (out look), CMD’s diary and in his hand phone
- Arrangement of meetings a. During internal office meeting, informing executives b. During meeting with outsiders, managing venue, menu, etc.
- Communication a. Telephonic conversation with various clients, vendors b. Communication with visitors & answer their queries c. With employees
- Handling correspondence a. Checking, receiving and sending of letters, faxes, couriers, etc.
- Travel arrangement a. arranging for tickets, visas, hotel bookings,etc. b. Maintaining travel expenses
Desired :
- Any Graduate with good communication skills (Oral & written).
- Should be computer savvy with good knowledge of MS Office.
- Knowledge of short hand will be an added advantage.
