Job Description:

• Provide Technical Support over the phone ( Voice Support )
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Working knowledge of desktop PC and peripheral devices.
• Understanding of Windows OS (XP/2000/ NT) in a network environment.
• Possess analytical problem solving skills
• Should be flexible working in shifts 24/7.

2. 10+3 ( Freshers ) Any Stream
3. 10+2+3 ( Graduates in any Stream )
4. 10+2+4 ( BE’s / B-Tech ) Freshers
