Job Location : Bengaluru/Bangalore

Job Description :

• Making Calls to Customers and taking inbound calls.
• To communicate via Email with customers.
• Take measures to improve the performance to the process.
• Should be able to achieve target within timelines from the Client.
• Handling Customer complaints and resolve within timelines from the client.
• Track and communicate collection issues (write offs, bankruptcies, slow pays, credit holds etc).
• Initiation for approval of applicable credit memos
• Interface with sales and support groups to administer credit hold issues.
• Research issues preventing payment and resolve
• Compile accurate analysis and schedules to analyze receivables performance

Desired :

• 6months – 2 years of Collections experience in US process.
• Good Communication (written and verbal) and Comprehension skills in English
• Typing speed of 30-35 WPM
• Exposure to MS Office Applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
• Candidates willing to work in Night Shifts only need to apply
• Candidates willing to sign Employment bond with iGATE
• Minimum of 50% in Graduation, XIIth, Xth – All Regular
