Production Control is a middle layer between Operations & Support Engineering Groups. Bangalore PC group is giving primary level support on 24/7 basis for Pittsburgh, Blythewood & Eagan datacenters.

Monitoring Live Production Batch Cycles/Production on-line, TSM Backup Monitoring, Console Monitoring, prompt escalation for Application Abends, Fixing low level System Abends (JCL ERROR, Space Abends), Follow up with Support Groups for problem resolution.

Skills :
Mainframe Skill Set : MVS, TSO, ISPF, JCL, SAR, $AVRS, SDSF, IOF.
