Experience :1 - 3 Years
Job Description : Customer Support Engineer needs to perform these responsibilities:
1) Must have expereince on Windows xp
2) Installation & maintaining of HP PCs and attending day-to-day user’s problem calls.
3) Designing, implementation and maintenance of Windows based Network, inclusive of all Networking Hardware & Software support.
4) Installation and updating of operating system and other software.
5) Configuring & maintaining e-mail accounts.
Desired : Candidate should have good communication skills. Should have good knowledge on Desktop troubleshooting, Hardware,Installation & Troubleshooting, Windows xp
