Job Position : Helpdesk Support Engineer
Job Details :
will be an important member of our Service Delivery Team responsible for IT Service delivery at our large customer sites. The Key Results areas will be Customer satisfaction, call closure norms like Response time / Resolution time etc.
Shifts between 8AM-12AM ( mid night).
Week off on weekdays
Any Graduate compulsory
Experience : 1 – 5 Years
