Job Description : The Inside Sales Specialist will be part of the Marketing and Sales team and will be responsible for profiling and generating lead for our business. Job responsibilities will include :
Profiling the targeted customer organization.
Gathering Market Intelleigence.
Data Mining & Search activities on the Internet.
Generating leads for IT infrastructure solution.
Understanding the first level IT infrastructure requirements of end customer organization and passing the leads to the Sales Team.
Explaining the product and serices offered by Progressive to a prospect cutomer.
Customer Relationship exercse through phone.
Desired : MBA with 0-1 years of experience in sales over phone. Freshers may also apply.
Must have excellent English communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, and the desire to promote and sell products and service to decision makers.
Excellent telephone etiquette.
Must be highly motivated, competitive, and a self-starter.
