Job Description :

• The candidate will be required to do provide technical support for Desktop related problems.
• The candidates should have hands on experience of Windows/ Microsoft/ Linux/ Lotus platform. Hardware Troubleshooting experience is essential.
• The candidate should have good communication and customer handling skills.
