Job Description :

1. Estimate effort and timelines for the project
2. Project planning, scheduling, reviewing/monitoring
3. Communicate Project standards/metrics to the entire project team and identify ways to ensure adherence
4. Allocate and review/monitor tasks for the team
5. Identify key risks and implement mitigation plans for the project
6. Ensure appropriate escalations as and when required
7. Ensure appropriate workflow and versioning of content
8. Vendor/Resource Management
9. Identify appropriate SMEs (sourcing, interviewing) for content
10. Coordinate with other groups like media team, QC team, freelancers or vendor for resources/project deliverables
11. Process Management
12. Adherence and compliance to Project/organization processes and standards
