Job Description :
Recruitment of game testers
Administration of employees in the QC Department
Recruitment of testers: o Mailing
Organizing technical test sessions
Following-up the test results with the QC Coordinator o Organizing interviews with the QC Coordinator and with the HR Manager o Making the Employment contracts
Administration of employees in the QC Department:
Welcoming the new testers and doing all the HR formalities o Doing the paper work related to HR issues o Assisting the leads and QC Coordinator on HR related issues
