Job Location: Pune

Job Description :

1. Reviews application system specifications
2. tests cost effective application solutions
3. supports the evaluation of user systems to ensure standards are maintained for integrity and security purposes
4. with direction, establishes and maintains databases for user testing purposes and production; prepares quality assurance testing and reviews for new or modified applications/systems
5. test, and support systems for web and e-commerce applications.
6. Goals and objectives are assigned by an immediate supervisor. Work performed depends on others for instruction, guidance, and direction.
7. Deals with routine to moderately complex problems or issues.

Desired :

1. Require 1 – 3 years testing experience equivalent experience on Avaya product lines, including Communication Manager, Messaging and Call Center products, Familiarity with Versata and Sterling sales tools products, POETIC, PVCS, Mercury Quality Center desired, but not necessary.
