Cleartrip’s mission is to be the largest and most profitable online travel company in India by creating the most efficient travel market for buyers and sellers. Cleartrip intends to capture a 25% share of the online travel agency market within two years of launch.

Experience: 1 – 4 Years

Job Location: Bengaluru/Bangalore

Education: B.Tech/B.E. – Any Specialization

Job Description :

• Applying, improving and maintaining quality standards for Cleartrip’s web based products.
• Develops and executes software test plans.
• Analyzes and writes test scripts and procedures.
• Test new features and bug fixes in the website staging environment as they are developed/fixed during each code release cycle
• Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software.
• Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action.
• Escalate major bugs to for immediate prioritization based on severity judgment
• Augment general web site application documentation after each release
• Will contribute to requirements documents for automated testing systems
• Regression testing standard functionality after each code deploy

Desired :

• 1-4 yrs of relevant experience
• Solid software engineering skills, thorough knowledge of SDLC
• Experience testing web-based products, preferably Java/J2EE products.
• Experience with web technologies (XML, SOAP, etc.) and non-GUI API Testing
• QA black/grey boxtest expertise, white box desirable
