QA Inspector Job Positions in India at Sperry Plast Delhi

Job Title : QA Assistant / Inspector (for Plastic processing unit)

About Company :
A 25 year old company in field of Thermoplastics, CPVC, Adhesive, Injection Moulding Machines (IMM) with turnover over Rs. 100 crores having plants at Greater Noida, Bahadurgarh, Chennai and Jammu

Experience: 0 – 2 Years

Job Location: Delhi/NCR

Education: B.Sc – Any Specialization

Job Description :

• Online Testing (of material) all round the clock .
• Finished Product Best Testing
• Incoming Raw Material Testing
• New Product Development Testing (Sample Testing)
• Analysis of Samples of the Parties in terms of their characteristics and properties.
• Ensuring that all the characteristics of the product are tested very accurately in depth.(The characteristics would include-Colour testing, Specific Gravity, MFI, Isode Impact, Hardness, Strength, Abrasion, Rose Fluxing, Fluxer Strength ,Modulus etc.)
• Making reports for all the tests daily and getting it signed By the HOD.
• Analysis of all the reports of the tests carried out and comparing it with specifications in order to find out the Deviations if any.

Desired :
Candidate should be CIPET with Technical Knowledge preferably  with 0 to 2 years experience in Quality / Lab. Candidate from Noida / Greater Noida will be preferred.
