Job Description: 1. The testers should be able to create test data and test cases
2. The testers should be able to understand functionality and business and create test strategies
3. Test Planning and Test Case Management
4. Test Automation- MI tools and Rational tools
5. Test Exceution
6. Test Environment management
7. For lead role - ability to lead and take testing to successful completion with a team
