Designation : Process Executive HR 

Experience : 0 - 3 Years 

Job Description : The role is that of a specialist in the HR Business Controls team. The person will be required to go through all processes documented in the varipous verticals of HR and be thorough with them. He/She will be required to do testing/auditing of the process from and end to end perspective and report the findings to the manager. Also will need to liaise with the respective process owners to have defect discussions and help in remediating them. The key deliverable from this role is identification of risk in the current processes in IBM India HR and to come up with solutions to mitigate these risks.

Desired : Candidate should have a maximum of 4 years work experience. Work ex is desired in the area of auditing and preferable in the area of process audits. Exposure to ISO, Internal audits, etc is desirable. Also willing to look at fresh CA’s with 0 - 4 years work experience. Good communication skills is mandatory.
