Job Description :

1. Responsible for developing and implementing quality management procedures and systems
2. To review business statistics
3. To determine and document any areas that may need improvement.
4. To review the current policies and improvise plans to improve upon the existing quality standards
5. To review and analyze the effectiveness of the modifications made.

1. Effective communication and report writing skills.
2. Excellent analytical abilities to grasp the key points from complicated details
3. BQ Management
4. Transaction Monitoring
5. To do TNI when required
6. Quality Calibrations
7. Knowledge Calibration
8. Designing the Action Plan
9. Candidate must be a graduate in any stream
10. ISO / COPC certification will be appreciated
11. Travel Diploma will be appreciated.
