Meeting For Requirement Gathering
Support to TL
Review and Monitoring of TL
Analysis & Design of Test Plans
New Process/Method formation and implementation for Testing performance improvement
Periodic meeting with Testers
Motivation to team member
Work Allocation
Training to TLs and Testers
Query solving
Coordination with inter and intra department
