Job Description :
Careful scrutiny of resumes developed for clients of diverse industry verticals.
Checking content for grammar, accuracy, clarity, readability, consistency and coherence.
Ensuring that each resume meets prescribed quality standards and norms.
Achieving Process SLAs and generating MIS Reports. Ensuring the team’s adherence to defined process and accuracy levels.
Generating trends on the basis of assessments. Identifying training needs of associates.
Providing feedback / coaching team members for performance improvement and continuous process improvement.

Desired :
Excellent oral and written (grammar) communication skills in English.
Excellent Analytical Skills.
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (Formulas, Pivots & Charts).
Understanding of Process Maps and Work Flow.
Good dispute handling & mentoring capabilities
B.Tech/B.E/MCA/Under graduates/Regular MBA are not preferred.
