• Understand the manpower requirement of the Clients.
• Search the resumes / potential candidates through Job portals, referencing or headhunting.
• Interact with clients on regular basis to take the feedbacks
• Schedule Interviews & Negotiate Salary.
• Manage the entire recruitment cycle till the joining of the candidate.
• Maintain Reports on a Weekly & Monthly basis.
Desired :
• Must possess Good Communication Skills. Fluency in English must.
• Should have the ability to Convince & Negotiate.
