Job Title : Recruitment Executive – IT and Telecom

Experience : 1 – 2 Years

Job Location: Noida

Job Description :

• Recruitment Exp. of at least 1 year and not more then 3 years in any case.

• Should have done focused recruitment in specific domain choices are given below

• Telecom Domain – Should have worked for telecom companies or clients

• IT Domain – Should have worked on Application development / ERP hiring

• BFSI / Insurance – should have worked on Financial Sector or insurance hiring

• Recruiter should have very strong hands on sourcing techniques including job portal,

• Networking sites, reference generation etc.

• Recruiter should have very good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work as an individual contributor also and if required a good team player as well.

• flexibility of working on Saturday s if required ( on need basis)

• Should have handled recruitment work for some of the CMMI –level 5 company or clients.
