Experience : 1 – 3 Years

Job Location: Bengaluru/Bangalore, Chennai

Job Description :

• Managing End to End Recruitment processes.
• Responsible for the full hiring cycle, sourcing, screening, short listing, coordination, scheduling, negotiating compensation packages and hiring In-house Requirement.
• Sourcing through Data bank, Portals, Networking, Internet Job postings & Employee Referrals.
• Screening profiles suitable for Company’s requirements based on the salary offered, experience in the industry, skills and assignments handled.
• Maintaining and updating reports & records.
• Taking telephonic interviews of candidates as per the job description to check for their communication skills, truthfulness of resume, expected salary, confidence level,back ground as per the job description.
• Joining formalities, Offer letter, Appointment Order, verifications of Documents, etc.
• Conducting walk-In process whenever is required.

Desired :

• Should be expert in Sourcing through Data bank, Portals, Networking, Internet Job postings & Employee Referrals.
• Local Candidates are Preferred and Should Join immediately.
• Should have exposure in handling Banking / Financial Recruitment.
