Job Responsibilities :
- Log user calls and give them a ticket no of call
- Good Communication skill is must
- Assign severity level to each call as per Service level Agreement.
- Allocate the problem to the engineer
- Track each call to resolution
- Generate call reports
- Collect feedback from the user after completion of call.
- Pending calls review and follow-ups and updates to users in case of call is not closed.
- Generate MIS report
- Candidate should possess excellent communication skills.
- Preference will be given to cnadidates residing near Gurgaon.
