Job Position : Sr.Executive-IT Helpdesk – 1 Opening(s)

Experience : 1 – 2 Years

Job Location : Gurgaon

Job Responsibilities :

  1. Log user calls and give them a ticket no of call
  2. Good Communication skill is must
  3. Assign severity level to each call as per Service level Agreement.
  4. Allocate the problem to the engineer
  5. Track each call to resolution
  6. Generate call reports
  7. Collect feedback from the user after completion of call.
  8. Pending calls review and follow-ups and updates to users in case of call is not closed.
  9. Generate MIS report

Required :

  1. Candidate should possess excellent communication skills.
  2. Preference will be given to cnadidates residing near Gurgaon.
