Job Description :

1. Operate as a vital link between the client and the operations
2. Assign jobs to team to ensure maximum utilization of resources
3. Play an important role with CM to develop an environment that provides motivation and opportunities for the team
4. Assess, understand, analyze the client requirement and ensure the deadlines are adhered to
5. Manage queues / workflow and shift scheduling
6. Check / monitor absenteeism
