Designation : HR Executive 

Experience : 1 – 4 Years 

Education : MBA/PGDM – HR/Industrial Relations 

Job Description : 1) Job involves handling functions of HR like recruitment and selection,employee relations, joining formalities,etc.
2) Design Job Descriptions and post vacancies on job portals
3) Search on job portals using Resdex and other online tools to look for probable candidates
4) Take telephonic interviews and line up prospective candidates after initial screening
5) Design compensation break-up of candidates at various levels
6) Salary/Compensation negotiations with candidates that are finalized
7) Maintain & update database of entire recruitment status
Developing talent pool through creative sourcing techniques including referral generation, networking; direct sourcing, and advanced Internet sourcing. 

Desired : 1) Should have good comunication skill
2) Strong Interpersonal skill
3) Two Wheeler is must
4) Male candidates preffered
5) should be able to handle multiple task at a time
