Job Description : Ensure that training is delivered effectively in the stipulated timelines.
Evaluate trainee’s effectiveness and take corrective actions.
Evaluate effectiveness of T& D interventions.
Improve calibration of respective call centre agents and engineers
Provide crisp and specific feedback to front line hiring team on quality of new hires.
Provide quality floor support, feedback, refresher and corrective training.
Develop & implement a training calendar based on robust TNA.
Groom and develop training talent in-house
Desired : Communication, analytical, interpersonal and team management skills are a must
MBA or qualification in Training or Psychology or related fields
