Job Title: Sales Administrative Assistant

Experience: Less than 1 year of working experience. (Fresher’s can apply for this position.)

Work Timings: North American shift timings of 6:30pm to 3:30am

Work Location: Bangalore

Education:
Graduation a must

Position Summary:
Replicon is currently looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant to complete he administrative responsibilities related to Sales Department.  Reporting directly to the Sales Director in the North American office, this is a good opportunity for an individual looking to gain experience for a sales related role.

Core Job Accountabilities:
* Review incoming leads and distribute fairly among the new business Sales Representatives in the North American office.
* Using Microsoft Excel, ensure all assigned reports are completed accurately and emailed out on time.
* Review all incoming emails from assigned inbox’s and forward to the applicable person, department, and/or escalate to the Sales Director.
* Make calls to customers signed up to attend sales webinars to confirm their attendance.
* Adhere to the CRM (Salesforce) documentation standards with the administrative responsibilities assigned to you.

Key Skills:
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
* Detail-oriented with attention to accuracy
